Texas nurse practitioners prescribe under physician delegation through a prescriptive authority agreement — and a med spa NP needs a delegating physician who understands aesthetics. Dr. William Starsiak, DO practices aesthetic medicine at Starsiak Aesthetics in Indianapolis alongside Lisa Starsiak, FNP, and delegates for aesthetic nurse practitioners across Texas.
Scheduled meetings happen, charts are reviewed on time, and between meetings you can reach him directly by phone or text. His daily work spans Fotona lasers, BOTOX® and other neuromodulators, JUVÉDERM® dermal fillers, EMSCULPT NEO® and CoolSculpting® body contouring, IV infusion therapy, and medical weight loss — the same treatments your practice offers.

Dr. Starsiak also collaborates with aesthetic NPs in Indiana and Florida. His Ohio panel is currently full and he cannot accept additional Ohio nurse practitioners at this time.
