Opening or running an aesthetics practice as an Indiana nurse practitioner means finding the right collaborating physician — one who actually understands lasers, injectables, and body contouring, not just primary care. Dr. William Starsiak, DO practices aesthetic medicine at Starsiak Aesthetics in Indianapolis alongside Lisa Starsiak, FNP, and provides collaborative practice agreements for aesthetic nurse practitioners across Indiana — and he is currently accepting new Indiana collaborations.
Aesthetic-literate oversight makes collaboration faster and fairer. Dr. Starsiak works daily with Fotona lasers, BOTOX® and other neuromodulators, JUVÉDERM® dermal fillers, EMSCULPT NEO® and CoolSculpting® body contouring, IV infusion therapy, and medical weight loss — so when he reviews your charts, he reviews them with a working aesthetic clinician’s eye.

Dr. Starsiak also collaborates with aesthetic NPs in Florida and Texas. His Ohio panel is currently full and he cannot accept additional Ohio nurse practitioners at this time.
